The Capital City Freeway runs northeast out of the city and merges into I-80 in North Highlands. Stay on I-80 east as far as the Greenback Lane exit, then head east on Greenback for about a mile. The plaza is just past Auburn Boulevard, on the right.
Auburn Boulevard is the surface alternative. It starts inside Sacramento and runs northeast the whole way to Greenback Lane beside the shop, which suits drivers from the Del Paso Heights and North Sacramento side of the city.

Getting to Dave's Smog & Registration From Sacramento
From downtown and midtown, take the Capital City Freeway northeast. It merges into I-80 in North Highlands; carry on east to the Greenback Lane exit, then east on Greenback for about a mile.
From the Del Paso Heights and North Sacramento side, Auburn Boulevard runs northeast to Greenback Lane. Turn right onto Greenback and the plaza is a few hundred feet along on the right.
