Sunrise Boulevard crosses Folsom Boulevard in the city and runs north over the American River, through Fair Oaks, and into Citrus Heights. At Greenback Lane turn left; the shop is about 2.6 miles west, on the south side of Greenback just before Auburn Boulevard.
Hazel Avenue is the other river crossing, though from the middle of the city it is the longer way round. Once you are here, most 2000 and newer vehicles are tested in ten to fifteen minutes.

Getting to Dave's Smog & Registration From Rancho Cordova
From City Hall and the middle of the city, take Sunrise Boulevard north from Folsom Boulevard. It crosses the American River and carries on through Fair Oaks to Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights. Turn left and follow Greenback about 2.6 miles west; the plaza sits on the south side, just before Auburn Boulevard.
From the eastern side of the city, Hazel Avenue also runs north across the river to Greenback Lane, about five miles east of the shop.
