Greenback runs through Orangevale past Hazel Avenue and the turn for Filbert Avenue and Orangevale Community Park, crosses into Citrus Heights at Fair Oaks Boulevard, and carries on west to the plaza. There is no freeway to join on the way.
Once you are here, a smog check on most 2000 and newer vehicles takes about ten to fifteen minutes, and if your renewal is due we process that at the same counter.

From anywhere along Greenback Lane in Orangevale, head west. You cross Fair Oaks Boulevard into Citrus Heights, then pass Sunrise Boulevard and San Juan Avenue. The shop is on Greenback at the back of a plaza, shortly before Auburn Boulevard.
From the north or south of Orangevale, Hazel Avenue crosses Greenback Lane in town, so join Greenback there and turn west.
